1. Who We Are

BlackPeak Trading is operated by BlackPeak Trading, Estonia, EU. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: blackpeaktrading@mail.ee

2. What Data We Collect

When you place an order, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your cryptocurrency transaction ID
  • The product tier and coin selected
  • Timestamp of your order

We do not collect payment card details, names, or physical addresses. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics tools.

If you create a BlackPeak community account, we also store your email address, a one-way password hash, your chosen display name, account creation time, and comments you publish. Passwords are not stored in plaintext. Your email address is never shown publicly beside a comment.

3. Why We Collect It

Your order data is collected to fulfil your purchase. Community account data is used to authenticate you, protect the discussion from anonymous abuse, and display the public content you choose to post. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for order fulfilment and account functionality, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for moderation and security.

4. Who We Share It With

Your order email is passed to Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider, solely to send order notifications and software delivery email. Community account data is stored in a private Vercel Blob store used by the website. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

5. How Long We Keep It

Order data (email, transaction ID, tier) is retained for 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes, then deleted. Community account data is retained while your account remains active or until you request deletion, subject to security and legal retention requirements. We do not use your email address for marketing without your separate explicit consent.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations), object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The community uses one essential, HttpOnly session cookie named blackpeak_session to keep you signed in. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
