2. What Data We Collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Your email address
- Your cryptocurrency transaction ID
- The product tier and coin selected
- Timestamp of your order
We do not collect payment card details, names, or physical addresses. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or analytics tools.
3. Why We Collect It
Your data is collected solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order — verifying payment and delivering the purchased software to your email address. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for the performance of a contract.
4. Who We Share It With
Your email address is passed to Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider, solely to send you the order confirmation and software delivery email. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
5. How Long We Keep It
Order data (email, transaction ID, tier) is retained for 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes, then deleted. We do not use your email address for marketing without your separate explicit consent.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations), object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
